Video production & post-production · Vancouver, BC
Vancouver video production for brands people feel.
Anyone can shoot a room. We translate what it feels like to stand in it. A crew from three countries, one obsession: making an audience feel what you mean.
01 — The studio
We don't just edit. We translate feeling into frames.
Frame North is a video production and post-production studio based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We work with real estate agents, brands, agencies and founders. We come in wherever you need us: from the idea and the shoot, or from the footage sitting on your drive.
Our crew grew up in different countries and trained in different rooms — cinema, advertising, design, live production. That mix isn't a fun fact, it's the method. A property isn't a floor plan, it's the second someone walks in and pictures their life there. A brand isn't a logo, it's what people say about you when you're not in the room. Our job is to find that and put it on screen.
Everything leaves the same way: ready to publish, consistent with everything else you've made, with a reason behind every visual decision. No improvising, no surprises at delivery.

02 — Services
What we produce
Real Estate Video Production
Listing films, property tours and agent brand content for Vancouver realtors. Built for MLS, Meta Ads and social — not one file stretched across all three.
SocialSocial Content Production
Vertical video built for the first three seconds. We produce in volume without the pieces looking like they came from different studios.
PostVideo Editing & Post-Production
Send the footage, get back a finished piece. Cut, colour, sound and graphics handled as one decision, not four handoffs.
MotionMotion Graphics & Brand Design
Animation, titles and graphic systems that make everything you publish read as the same brand.
BrandPersonal Brand Video
Content for founders, creators and spokespeople who need to be on camera and would rather not think about how.
03 — Work
Selected work
A sample of what we produce. Some of our best work carries our clients' names and nothing else — that's the deal when you hire a white label studio. What's here is what we can show.
We produce for realtors in Vancouver. Our cinematic work has passed 300,000 views on TikTok.
04 — Process
How we work
Every project is different. The process that keeps it clear and consistent never is.
-
Briefing
We get the objective, the audience and the message straight before anyone touches a camera.
-
Creative development
Concept, references and narrative structure, written down and approved.
-
Production or intake
We shoot it, or we receive and organize what you already have.
-
Edit & post
Cut, colour, sound, motion graphics and design, integrated.
-
Revisions
Up to 3 rounds of notes on a complete version — never on a rough draft.
-
Final delivery
Every format you need, each one exported for the platform it lives on.
Why Frame North
Six reasons this works
One brand, not six freelancers
Every piece looks like it came from the same place, because it did.
One channel, one name
You talk to a person, not a ticket queue. No brief gets relayed twice.
You always know the stage
Every project sits in a visible pipeline. You never have to ask where it is.
We adapt to your visual language
Your brand doesn't bend to our house style. We learn yours and build inside it.
Culturally bilingual
Mexican, Canadian and Latin American backgrounds on one crew. We don't translate your campaign — we make it land in both languages.
Remote that actually works
Vancouver-based, structured for clients across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Remote is our default, not our fallback.
The crew
Different countries, different training, one standard.
We're a small crew of people who are annoyingly serious about this. Between us: cinema, advertising, design and live production, across Mexico, Colombia and Canada. That's why a piece made here doesn't sound like it was made by a template.
Pedro López
Videographer & Creative
Behind the camera and in the concept. Frames the shot and knows why it's framed that way.
Brigitte Ipuz
Producer & Strategist
Turns an objective into a plan and a plan into a shoot day that actually holds.
Pablo Cayo
Creative Director, Post-Production
Owns everything that happens after the camera stops: rhythm, colour, sound and the final call on whether it lands.
How we work together
By project
Closed scope, fixed budget. One launch, one listing, one campaign.
Monthly retainer
Steady volume of content, planned ahead instead of scrambled together.
White label
Post-production for agencies, delivered under your name. We stay invisible — that's the point.
Questions we get
Do you work with realtors in Vancouver?
Yes — it's a core part of what we do. We produce listing films, property tours and personal brand content for Vancouver real estate agents, formatted for MLS, Meta Ads and social separately rather than one file reused everywhere.
Can you edit footage I already shot myself?
That's one of our three entry points. Plenty of our clients shoot on their own DJI or phone and hand us the card. We handle cut, colour, sound and graphics and return a finished piece.
Do you produce in Spanish and English?
Both, natively. Our crew spans Mexico, Colombia and Canada, so a campaign gets built to land in each language — not written in one and translated into the other. There's no translation surcharge.
Do you only work with clients in Vancouver?
We're based in Vancouver and work on-site across Metro Vancouver — Burnaby, Richmond, North and West Vancouver, Surrey. For post-production and social content we work with clients anywhere in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.
What's white label production?
We produce and your agency delivers it under your own brand. Our name never appears anywhere in the process or the files. Agencies use it to take on video work without hiring an in-house post team.
How many revision rounds are included?
Three, on a complete version. We don't send rough drafts for feedback — you review something finished, twice more if you need it.
What do you need from me to start?
The objective, who it's for, and whatever footage or brand material already exists. If none of that is defined yet, that's what the briefing stage is for.
Your next idea deserves to be felt.
Tell us what you want to make. We'll come back with a visual approach built for it — not a template with your logo dropped in.
